I'm a sales leader and GTM consultant with 13+ years of experience growing revenue and scaling teams across B2B SaaS, services, and construction.
My career has taken me from high-performing individual contributor roles to building and leading full sales teams from the ground up — including founding The Syndicate Platform, an outsourced sales organization where I led 25 reps across 11 companies and facilitated over $2.5 million in closed ARR.
What sets me apart is the combination: high emotional intelligence, a strong technical mindset, and real experience on both sides of the table — as a rep, a manager, a founder, and an advisor.
